I like ​to be collaborative with my clients, and a valued extension of their marketing team. Clients turn to me for strategic advice and a keen eye for relating newsworthy trends to their business.  As a former agency leader, I've been an essential content and communications consultant for businesses at every phase of growth – from early-stage startups to public companies.

Proactive and unexpected.

I like to stay ahead of the latest trends and proactively provide recommendations before you ask, helping you look like a superhero in the organization. My specialty is any type of written content. Although complex B2B tech subject matter is my jam, I've also done work in professional services (VC, intellectual property law), healthcare and consumer tech. My goal is to make pieces approachable for your target audience. That means I sometimes take unconventional lessons from consumer marketing and apply them to B2B. I want to make you think differently.

I function as a strategic and integrated part of a larger marketing organization, which includes your team, agencies and consultants. If you need access to other marketing pros, I can refer someone from my network of trusted freelancers in areas including demand generation, PR, pay-per-click (PPC), search engine optimization (SEO), video and design. Being a two-boy mom, "Dad Rock" concerts (they should also be called mom rock), running, bad reality TV, good breweries, karaoke if you're down, renovating old things (houses, bikes).
